First In Home offers B2B  telemarketing services to its customers as an outsourced service.  For B2C  telemarketing we offer the services below working with our Customers’ internal teams, or we can outsource the campaign using one of our Partners.

Mailing Lists

First In Home is a full-service mailing list provider.  Our customers using telemarketing have access to all of our mailing lists: New Mover, Consumer, and Business.  Their telemarketing campaigns begin with a strong database or foundation.  The first step to build it is to isolate the universe available based on your chosen demographic, firmographic, or lifestyle selects.  Our Account teams can run counts, perform service bureau functions and do all list fulfillment, or our Customers can do it themselves using our free online count system.

List Building (Custom Prospect database).

First In Home can build a custom targeted prospect database by using analytics to find your Company’s sweet spot (demographics/segments) and predict likely purchasers of the offered product, service, etc., then applying those scored attributes to build a custom prospect database .  Custom Prospect database projects require full service from our Account team and upfront analytical costs, but significantly cut campaign costs in favor of boosted response and conversion.  A Custom Prospect Database can be built to fuel multiple channels simultaneously such as direct mail, email marketing , and telemarketing.

Data Services

First In Home offers several data services required to make your telemarketing campaign successful and compliant.  In order to make your telemarketing campaign successful, you must have accurate and compliant phone records.  This assumes that your list has already been put through all the list hygiene, NCOA and address standardization process through our service bureau.

 Phone Append:

The first process is a Phone Append Process.  The most accurate phone records available anywhere are appended to your mailing, or custom prospect list to produce your “calling list”.   Includes all land line, mobile, and VOIP phone records.

Do Not Call

After the Phone Append process, the “calling list” is put through Do Not Call processing to ensure the final “Scrubbed Calling List” is compliant and ready to be contacted by phone.

Campaign Management

First In Home will work with its customers to develop their internal Telemarketing teams using a consultative approach or use an outsourced option to conduct the full campaign.  Knowing the Company, their product (s), and the “Calling List” enables us to assist in List building, Script Development, establishing reporting metrics, web integration, staffing internally, or whether to outsource.

 

All consumer and business mailing lists and count/query system are provided by the parent company First In Home LLC.
